Hello!

My name is Madina A. I am from Khujand – a city located in the North of Tajikistan.

Since I was a child, I have had a dream to see the world and to learn about the culture and people of other countries. I have always focused on growing and studying to fulfill my full potential – and to be able to make a difference in the world. I think that many problems in the world comes from the way people think – their negative and positive thoughts. I want to empower people, to help them understand that if they change their thoughts they can change their life for the better. “To change the world, you have to empower people – that is the only way to make any permanent, effective change.”.

Being accepted to Camp Rising Sun made me very happy. From attending Camp Rising Sun, I will be closer to my dreams of seeing the world, and making a difference! While the attendance in Camp Rising Sun is covered by a full scholarship, I am asking for your help to cover the cost of my airfare. I would be very thankful for any donation to cover the travel expenses!
