Our community of Rising Sun Women extends beyond the limits of Clinton and Stendis and further back than the opening of those campsites. Our line of heritage goes back to founding mothers such as Libby Mascia and other strong wives of Red Hook alumni. Our identity has continued to grow under the sensitive and intelligent leadership of women like Mary Murphy, Karen Schatzel and Nita Luis.
